   There's no pressure\, no follow-up\, and no charge\; it's just an open\
 , informal\, and honest space to explore and discuss life's big questions 
 together.\nEach week during Alpha\, we'll gather for a meal\, which gives 
 us a chance to connect and get to know each other. Afterward\, there is a 
 video to watch and then will spend some time discussing it together. \nIf
  you are facing any barriers to attending\, please let us know so we can e
 xplore ways to support you. This may include childcare or other accommodat
