We are hosting a rocket launch!
Assemble and decorate your rocket as a family and join us for Launch Day! Launch Day includes Kick off Sunday at LMBC join us for Breakfast, the outdoor service (details about the breakfast and service) and then come to the field to launch the rockets with us. All happening on September 10th.
Free Rocket kits will be available for kids ages 3 years to 12 years. They include instructions and most of the supplies needed.
3-12 years old free
13-99 years old $5/kit (two engines included)
13-99 years old $2 per engine (bring your own rocket)
Rocket kits will be ready for pick up from the church office on August 21st.
Supplies needed but not included in these kits:
Hot glue gun, scissors, and paint / crayons / markers are required.

Rockets will need to be prepared and brought to the launch site, Dr. Elliott Track/ Soccer field, on September 10th at about 1 pm for launch. (Please note rockets do not always return once launched). Bring a lawn chair to the launch site.
Rocket launch will be dependent on weather. Rain and/or wind will postpone the launch to the following Sunday.
